Can my child attend multiple programs?
Yes! Your child can attend multiple programs, and we encourage them to explore different interests. Each program is designed to complement and enhance your child’s skills in various areas.
What are your payment options?
We offer multiple payment methods, including Selcom, Lipa Namba, Bank Transfer, and Mobile Money Transfer. Payment must be completed online as we do not accept cash payments.
How can I get updates on upcoming programs and events?
You can stay up to date with our latest programs, events, and news by following us on social media or directly contacting us. We regularly share important updates and upcoming opportunities for your child to engage in.
Can I observe my child’s class?
To maintain a focused and comfortable learning environment, we do not allow parents to observe classes directly, as it can be distracting for the children. However, parents are welcome to wait at our café, reception area, or rooftop restaurant. You may also check in briefly two to three times during the session to see how your child is doing.
What are your working hours?
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (excluding public holidays).
What age groups do you cater to?
Age group varies per program but generally ranges from 2 to 17 years old.
