Terms and Conditions
Admission and Application Forms:
- Enrollment of students will be completed upon payment of fees.
- Parents/guardians should provide accurate information about their child’s learning capabilities in the application.
Payments and Reservations:
- Payments must be made in full to secure enrollment.
- Reservation of seats is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation and Make-Up Class Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least [insert time frame] prior to the scheduled class.
- Make-up classes may be offered based on availability and are subject to the discretion of the management.
Property Destruction Policy:
- Students are expected to respect and take care of all equipment and property within the STEM hub.
- Any intentional damage to property will be the responsibility of the student/parent and may result in additional charges.

- Drop-off and pick-up times should be strictly adhered to.
- Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards peers, staff, and property at all times.
- Parental involvement in their child’s learning journey is encouraged and welcomed.
Parental Involvement:
- Parents are encouraged to participate in activities and events organized by the STEM hub.
- Regular communication between parents and staff is essential for the student’s progress.
Growth Assessments:
- Regular assessments will be conducted to track the progress and growth of each student.
- Parents will be provided with detailed feedback on their child’s performance and areas for improvement.
Marketing and Public Relations:
- The STEM hub reserves the right to use photographs/videos of students for marketing and promotional purposes. Parents who wish to opt out of such activities should inform the management in writing.
